   We are based in Surrey, and we conveniently serve the UK and Europe. Our location is ideal for clients near Gatwick and Heathrow airports, ferry ports, and the Eurotunnel terminal.

   Absolutely! Our vehicles are fitted with fibreglass-lined cages that keep pets up to 20°C cooler in summer and 20°C warmer in winter. We also have escape hatches in case of emergencies and constant airflow with air-conditioning and vents.
8. What happens if my pet requires medication during the journey?
   We have a small fridge on board in case medication is required for your pet during the journey. Additionally, we maintain a database of vets at various points along the journey should their services be needed.
9. How experienced are your drivers in handling pets during transport?
   Our drivers are experienced and dedicated to the well-being of your pets. They will ensure a safe and comfortable journey for your furry companions.
